Shipping policy

LIVELE09 A Bespoke Shop ships domestic U.S. orders within 3-5 business days and international orders within 5-7 business days, with a $10 flat rate for the contiguous U.S.. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified, and billing/shipping addresses must match due to fraud protection. 
Key Shipping Details
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (Domestic), 5-7 business days (International).
  • Shipping Rates: $10 flat rate (contiguous U.S.); $22 for HI, AK, PR, and Guam.
  • International Shipping: Handled by Global-E, allowing for pre-paid duties and taxes to ensure "fully landed" delivery.
  • Address Changes: Cannot be changed once the order is submitted.
  • Missing/Damaged Items: Must be reported within 10 days of delivery. 
Important Policies
  • Fraud Protection: Shipping and billing addresses must match.
  • No Order Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages:  LIVELE09 is not liable for packages once marked "delivered" by the carrier.
  • Limited Releases: Limited products are often restricted to (1) unit per customer, and duplicate orders may be canceled.
  • Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, with specific rules for international returns
